I am really sad to hear of Julian's passing and my thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. I worked with him at the FSA, and enjoyed many conversations with him on a wide range of topics from football, to our mission to find the best chip shop in the area (which didn't use the oil twice) and Malta. I hope that he has found peace. Liz x
